Go to your WordPress admin panel, and in the left menu, select Plugins --> Add New. Next to the title, you will see the Upload Plugin button. Click it, and then click the Choose File button.
Select the zip archive with the plugin you downloaded from CodeCanyon and click Install Now.
At the end of the installation, you will see the Activate Plugin button - click this one too.
