# Chat Shortcode

This is a self-closing shortcode. It outputs the default Twitch chat widget. You can set shortcode attributes to alter its behavior.

***height*** - this number, in pixels, will set the widget's height. If messages need more space, then a scroll will appear. The default height is `480`.
